Dry empty vessel

On the 16th of Oct 2009, I was getting ready to go for an all night prayer meeting conducted in our church. Before I could start from my home, God spoke to me and asked me to kneel and pray. As I started praying, God spoke to me clearly through His word. He led me to turn to the book of Isaiah 44:3.

ISAIAH 44:3 “For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and flood upon the dry ground”

God spoke to me through this word and said that He is much interested in the people who are thirsty. In other words, He is much interested in the people whose lives are dried. God has promised that He will pour out his spirit and blessing on the people who have dryness in their lives.

During the night prayer, God shook the hall and many were filled with the spirit of God. There was a mighty river of anointing overflowing among the people.

My dear friends, many times we are stocked up with lots of thoughts of what to do, how to do, when to do and so on…… which brings in lots of tension in our mind. Where, we don’t show out empty vessels to HIM. 

In the book of Genesis chapter 21, you can read about a women called Hagar, the mother of Ishmael. Abraham sent her away with their son, and she walked out into the wilderness, wandering aimlessly. When there was no water left, she left the boy in the shade of a bush and she sat at a distance saying "I don't want to watch the boy die," as she burst into tears. Then God heard the boy's cry and opened Hagar's eyes, and she saw a well. She immediately filled her water container and gave the boy a drink.

God heard the cry of a small boy, he saw the emptiness, the dryness he had and filled him with what he was crying for.

Dear friends, if you are ready to cry out for an anointing, if you are ready to dry it up and show your emptiness to God, then HE is able to satisfy you by pouring out his spirit on you. It is time for you to get dried up, because when you get dried up, God is gonna pour out His anointing like a flood which will break all your yokes. Then the blessings will follow you. The God who shook the lives of the people during the night prayer can surely shake your life and change it to be an ever green.

Dry it up today for God’s flood.

WOw..thats an amazing thought brother...what you said is absolutely correct.....What God needs to day is the "Broken and the contrite spirit" ... people who is jus lost and broken for the Lord..!!! we Go to God with our words...not with our heart... we want God to work in our own ways...!!! but what We need today is a real Broken and contrite spirit..that can break our hearts when we kneel before God..!!!! its so true..!!! lets the Journey of Revival starts from inside.....

Praise the Lord! that we are serving the same Lord of Israel and we believe that He will also save our people. Its very easy for you to minister, because this is not a new thing for you to ministering the people.
Bible says:
"Because people who are well don't need a doctor! Its the sick people who do!" Was Jesus' reply." (Matthew 9:12)
Moses & Jonah don't want to go there, but our mighty Lord uses them to serve His kingdom.
Our Boss (Lord) is same, but only difference is that you are serving Him there and we are serving Him in Pakistan . Where Christian being a poor community has to face lot of difficulties, majority of Christian men are addicted or jobless and their wives are compel to work in Muslims houses to earn something for their children due to un skillness they work as a housemaid. Unfortunately their pay is not sufficient to meet their needs but most of them become victim of Muslims sexuality some time they lost their life by denying to do so.
As other third world countries mostly people are poor, so firstly they want to fulfill their daily needs and then they are ready to hear the word of God. In Pakistan 60% of the population is jobless. Many of the younger generation are unemployment due to a lack of skills and they easily become involved with bad people. They are compel to do so because they don’t have enough sources and facilities to get good skill or high tech for better job to make their future bright. This is militating on their future. Consequently they are adopting evil ways. That’s the reason our people produces and helps the terrorists.
Revival Crusades and Seminars are one of the best and effective way to teach the people. We can easily teach Christians among Muslims in these types of meetings.
Now who have burden to teach & preach in the depressed & needy people?
If you are able to help our people in anyway please do not hesitate to sown a seed and do it for the work of God and join us for revival in Pakistan .
